We are a computational biology lab that works on identifying the genetic and molecular mechanisms underlying variation in the human mitochondrial transcriptome, and how perturbations in these processes modulate disease risk.

We are part of the Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics at King's College London
The Hodgkinson lab is currently funded by the BBSRC, MRC and Biomedical Research Centre at KCL.
